Assessment
It begins with self-discovery. Knowing where you are currently and identifying development needs in the context of achieving company goals.
Consultation & Development Planning
Utilising results of the assessment, we will work with clients to compile a personal leadership profile that summarises key areas of strength and development.
Learning & Coaching
The learning and coaching sessions are the core of the Dynamic Leadership program. Clients will receive custom training across a range of topics to refine and draw out effective leadership competencies and behaviours. Topic areas are determined at the consultation and development planning stage but may include topics such as: work for leaders, developing others, coaching, and communication.
Follow-up
Each leadership development program includes a follow-up consultation session(s) between the leadership coach and our client to refresh specific areas of development or address emergent situations. The follow-up consultation time may be used in one session or multiple follow-up sessions.
