How prepared are your frontline managers, supervisors and team leads for a leadership role?

Individuals selected to manage a team are seldom prepared to do so which results in low productivity, interpersonal problems, and team dysfunction. The LEAD Management and Supervisory Development program seeks to teach participants the skills and concepts to be a leader in the workplace.

Students of the LEAD program will receive training in Coaching, Delegating Effectively, Managing Difficult Situation, and Giving Effective Feedback. They will learn to leverage both their hard skills and people skills to meet new challenges with increased confidence, respect and authority. Each session is a day long workshop. You may select one or more workshops or the whole series for your staff.
